Life is busy as running a business and having 3 children I understand that things crop up so if you need to rearrange your appointment you can do so with 72 hours' notice and your booking fee will be transferred. With less than 72 hours notice, you will lose your booking fee and you will need to make a new one for a new booking. Less than 24 hours notice you will be required to pay for your appointment in full.
No-shows will be unable to book any future appointments. With more than 2 cancellations you will unable to book future appointments.

Annual touch ups can only be booked by existing clients. Any new clients with previous work will require to contact me first before booking in. This will be a completely new treatment and will require 2 appointments to achieve the best results.
Your 4-8 weeks top up will need to be booked 4-8 weeks after your first treatment. I will send a reminder email (check in your junk) & text when it is due so you don't have to remember. Any longer than 8 weeks you will incur an extra charge as this will take more time. Without your top up you will not get the results you wish for and your brows will fade much faster.
